Stacey consists of a strong background in business management, legal operations, and backend business support. She holds a Master’s in Business and Management, certifications in law office management, and is a senior paralegal with a paralegal certification. With over a decade of experience behind the scenes of growing businesses, she began noticing how many companies were silently losing money, opportunities, and growth from weak systems, disorganization, and backend problems no one was fixing.

What started as a passion for administration and operations became a life jacket for businesses struggling behind the scenes. Today, She successfully helps legal professionals and business owners strengthen operations, improve workflows, and build businesses designed for six figure or more growth and long term scalability.

Executive Her Co. was created from a deep passion for helping ambitious business owners to stop carrying the pressure of business alone. Too many leaders are overwhelmed behind the scenes trying to balance growth, operations, organization, and the daily demands of running a business without the right support in place.

The company was built to become the support system behind the vision helping businesses operate with more structure, stability, and freedom so they can focus on growing what they were called to build. In addition to operational and backend support, Executive Her Co. also provides executive assistant and virtual business support services designed to help businesses stay organized, efficient, and supported at every level of growth.

Leadership & Impact

Stacey is also the founder of a nonprofit organization focused on mentoring women who have experienced trauma, abuse, hardship, and generational challenges. Her passion is helping women break limiting cycles, rebuild their confidence, create streams of income, and build generational wealth and legacy.

As a national leader, Stacey partners with organizations focused on leadership development, mentorship, business growth, and community outreach both locally and overseas to help create stronger opportunities, lasting impact, and support within communities.
