With an MBA, a Master’s in Management, and over a decade of leadership as a certified paralegal and office manager, I’ve helped law firms, entrepreneurs, and business owners scale beyond limits turning ideas into revenue, teams into high-performing operations, and startups into million-dollar firms. Along the way, I’ve been honored with academic achievements, leadership awards, and certifications in both paralegal studies and office management, all fueling my passion for building thriving organizations and equipping leaders for success.

Why I Founded Executive Her

​I founded Executive Her because I saw the weight women in business carry.

My expertise was forged behind the scenes, managing operations, running offices, and designing administrative systems that empower women to stay focused on what matters most: their vision, their goals, and their legacy. What started as a love for administration became a calling to help women rise with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

Leadership & Impact

​As a director of two nonprofit organizations, one serving women overcoming abuse and the other supporting families in poverty, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about business success, it is about creating lasting impact. I am also partnered with other organizations dedicated to empowering women from all walks of life, working together to support and uplift women in both business and community. At Executive Her, I help women shift from surviving to scaling, stepping fully into leadership while we master the operations that fuel their growth.​
