My Story
I started in the corporate world in the legal field, where I spent over 10 years excelling in high-level roles, including senior paralegal and law office manager. I worked in top firms, led operations, and became known for what I could do behind the scenes. My ability to build backend systems and execute at a high level didn’t just keep businesses running, it helped generate results, secure contracts, and bring in millions.

That’s when I realized my gift wasn’t just support, it was execution.

When the last firm I worked at closed, I made a decision. As a woman of faith, I trusted that God would make room for my gifts, and He did. I launched my business and began helping leaders, women, and business owners bring their vision to life. I became known as the one who gets it done.

I’m a wife and a mother, and my journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced trauma, generational cycles, and real life struggles. But those experiences didn’t break me, they built me.
​
That’s where my mentorship was birthed. I believe in no woman left behind. I began mentoring women coming out of abuse, trauma, poverty, and generational barriers, helping them rebuild, heal, and move forward.

I’m not just a business woman. I’m an overcomer, a strategist, a mentor, and a builder. I assess, I execute, and I help people move.

I’ve devoted my life to helping others take what’s in them, build it with success, and create a lasting legacy.
Speaking Experience Requirements
In-Person Events
Travel Requirements
• All airfare must be covered
• Ground transportation to and from the airport must be provided
• Lodging must be provided
• Stacey requires arrival the night before the speaking engagement
• For international or extended travel events, arrival two (2) days prior may be required for preparation and optimal performance
• Stacey will not fly back the same night as the event

Stacey is committed to delivering at a high level and requires adequate time and preparation to ensure your audience receives the best experience.

She is also open to participating in leadership meetings, pre-event sessions, additional speaking opportunities, and community outreach events as needed.
Lodging Requirements

• U.S. events: Lodging for the full duration of attendance and participation
• International events:
Two (2) days prior to the event (if required)
Duration of the event
Night of speaking engagement
• A conference credit card must be placed on file for hotel accommodations
Remote and Virtual Events
Streaming and Tech
• A full tech check and run of show must be completed prior to the event
• Backup plans must be in place for internet or technical issues
• Access to a tech team and designated host or co-host must be provided during the event
• Professional Zoom or virtual backgrounds must be provided to align with the event branding
• Pre-recorded sessions may be required for international or time-sensitive events to maintain quality
Audience Engagement
• Q&A sessions must be moderated professionally
• Chat spaces must have moderators and clear conduct guidelines to ensure a respectful environment
Speaker Investment
Local Engagements (within 90 miles)
• $2,500 – $5,000 depending on event scope, accessibility, and value
National and International Engagements
• $5,000 – $10,000 depending on event scope, audience size, and impact
Private or Corporate Engagement
• $7,500 – $10,000 depending on audience size, usage of content, and level of engagement
For nonprofit or community-based events, please specify details for consideration.
Conference Access
• Full access to the conference should be included as part of the agreement
